Roschelle McCoy has been investing in real estate since 2017 and currently controls over $20M worth of real estate assets in Illinois and Florida. Her portfolio began with single family and small multifamily properties which she forced appreciation by 2x and doubled the Net Operating Income in three short years. Now focused on large multifamily investing, she’s both a limited partner and general partner in nearly 300 units. Roschelle continues to lead a successful 20+ year business career focused on building and executing strategic marketing plans, consulting on digital marcom technologies, communications, and influencing the adoption of a new content management system across a complex matrix of diverse, global marketing teams.
In her spare time she’s a mother of three very energetic boys, wife and dedicated advocate for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the St Jude Runs organization; helping fundraise over $160K since 2011.

Ryan is a certified home inspector specializing in residential homes. He’s dedicated over 25 years to the construction trades in roles of increasing responsibility. This knowledge of the trades along with his work performing maintenance at his rental properties has positioned him well for home inspections.
