What to Expect During a Home Inspection
Each home inspection is unique and covers a myriad of standard checkpoints throughout the home. But while a thorough, consistent list of {checks} should be performed at each house, a home inspection should never be treated as just standard. Your home has a story to tell, and our crew will find the clues to put together that story, helping you be prepared for many years of living your best life.
The following list tells you what you can expect before, during and after the home inspection process, ensuring the only surprise you'll have is the delight in your new home.
Most home inspections needs to occur within 14 days of the purchase agreement signing. There's no time to waste - contact us today to get it scheduled. Home inspectors are in high demand and schedules fill up fast!
Sign pre-inspection agreement. We will send you a pre-inspection agreement to the email you provide for you to electronically sign. This is required before any licensed home inspection begins.
The home inspection will take between 2-3 hours (or maybe more) depending on the size, age and condition of the house.
You're welcome to come at the end of the inspection to get a walk-through of the identified items that will be called out in the report. Payment for our services is appreciated at this time. If you can't make it to the inspection an invoice will be emailed to you as soon as inspection is completed.

The official inspection report will typically be emailed to you the same day after receipt of payment. We accept cash, check, credit cards and Venmo.
